Many of us hit a wall after years of working in public accounting. I experienced it myself. The lack of motivation and purpose can be profound when you get to this point. I'll be honest, many career-related questions can be answered by your performance manager. You don't need to pay money for it. What they cannot answer is how to find that motivation and purpose or how to continue your public accounting or accounting career in general. 

Leaving public accounting won't help you find your why, if you don't actively search for it or have no idea what it is. The truth is that we don't dedicate enough time to find our why. We simply run in circles, from job to job. We don't know what's wrong because we don't know where to start. 

CPA Mastermind - Personal Development is a professionally facilitated online mastermind group that helps you not only discover your why but also take your career to the next level.  The duration of the mastermind is five weeks and it consists from virtual weekly meetings and mastermind sessions.
